You should probably check your scale also. It looks like you're making the forearms over 34cm long. I guess you could need them that long....are you over 6'6"?

I don't know if it would work in this situation, but I've used Perma-Wet from MonsterMakers mixed with acrylic paint to airbrush color and shading over a latex covered bodysuit. Very flexible and has not cracked or peeled since I made it last year. I also used Perma-Wet Gloss coating over it...

For my niece's Ironman(girl) armor, I plan on using Funky Foam for the soft pieces around the neck, the stomach, the knees and elbows. Seal it with a watered down craft glue and you can paint them nice and shiny.

This looks to be closer to "Game Accurate" than "Movie Accurate." No offense intended, but the sides of the forehead in the temple area look wrong to me. And shouldn't there be a piece below the ears and wrapping around the back of the head? It's a good start and a far cry better than anything...
