My idea (might not work) for the hands is to hand cut cardstock in the shapes I want and use
them as a template for cutting closed cell foam (Funky Foam). Then hot glue the foam to a pair
of good fitting thin gloves.
Then cover the foam with resin and paint them. I'm hoping this way will allow...
You should probably check your scale also. It looks like you're making the forearms
over 34cm long. I guess you could need them that long....are you over 6'6"?
I don't know if it would work in this situation, but I've used Perma-Wet from
MonsterMakers mixed with acrylic paint to airbrush color and shading over a latex
covered bodysuit. Very flexible and has not cracked or peeled since I made
it last year. I also used Perma-Wet Gloss coating over it...
For my niece's Ironman(girl) armor, I plan on using Funky Foam for the soft
pieces around the neck, the stomach, the knees and elbows. Seal it with a
watered down craft glue and you can paint them nice and shiny.
You might try looking in another section of your Wal-Mart.
Mine had the 25/$4 in the scrapbooking section and also
the 150/$5 in the notebook and school section.
If it was a software meltdown, you may be able to put the hard drive into another working PC and
recover your files from it. If it was a hardware crash on the drive (did you hear a clicking?) sometimes
you can put the drive into a ziplock and put it in the freezer for a couple hours and then put...
This looks to be closer to "Game Accurate" than "Movie Accurate."
No offense intended, but the sides of the forehead in the temple area
look wrong to me. And shouldn't there be a piece below the ears and
wrapping around the back of the head?
