Wow this is nice! I had a question, did you use bondo over most of the helmet, or only on specific areas? I am currently at the bondo stage, and am unsure as to whether or not cover the entire helmet in bondo.

no cloth. just resin and rondo. I applied just once. I just rec'd my dremel today, So I'm gonna see if I can cut out the chin, and possibly readjust it so that it will be more even.

You think it would be fixable with some bondo? Or maybe I can add some oil based clay to even it out?

Thanks for the info bro :D. I just recently finished pepping the sharkmark VI, and am ready to start the resining phase. I was trying to decide between fiberglassing, rondo and smoothcase. Fiberglass just looks like a pain. I;m a first timer as well . :P
