I sanded the **** out of it to 1500 grit and did a chrome spray paint layer before doing the red

I got it to fit but there is a gap along the bottom all the way around which isnt so bad but might annoy a real anal person

Yea that's where I bought my visor. I ordered it on the 1st of September but it still has not arrived yet. Fingers crossed it will soon. Did you scale your helmet at all? I printed mine at the original scale and i was only just able to squeeze my head in, I have a rather small head.

Dude having two printer is 100% the way forward. I got my second printer after having my first printer for a month because I knew that having one would really drag. They are so affordable now and if my wife would let me buy more I would lol.

Just fitted a head harness from an old bike helmet so not the helmet fits nicely!

Hey man I appreciate you offering your help :) So I use super glue to get the parts into position then I used 2 part epoxy and fiberglass to reinforce the seems which should hold it nicely. Ill check out your additional parts and see if I can use them :)

Thanks man, I nearly painted it the chiefs colors but then decided to go with my multiplayer colour scheme. it was a hard choice but I'm glad I did

I think its Rainyfires helmet, but I am printing Moes's body armor next

Funny tou say that, my mate just gave me a hand sander but its so bloody loud and hard to use I might have to look at buying a better one.

Thanks mate, it was a long process with lots of hand sanding and priming over and over again. I still need to paint some detail on it but I'm pleased with how it came out :)
