Thanks yeah, Hot glue is alot cheaper then Smooth cast, ^_^ just glued every corner and taped shut the openings. I've used about half of the gallon size one(which is 2 gallons.... never made sense to me....) I'm hoping it will last me until I'm done with this set of armor, also started peping...

you could try to cut some of the shoulder. (bring the bicep piece back somewhat) this is what I did to mine because it was a lil large(due to ma scaling failz) :P

Armor is looking awesomeness :) have you thought of using smooth-cast instead of rondo??? I just bought 2 gallons of it, costs like $80. but in the end you will prolly end up saving money with it. also less toxic and a smaller cure time(more layers though >_<) just an idea

sizing is a pain... I messed up my 1st 2 helmets before I got it right, but now My measurement works.

Armor is looking great, I fiberglass in my shed... or my garage. It is a little clod where I live so I have use a heater.

If it was an low deff assault rifle it might be more convenient for $$ to just make a new one. you can prolly spit out a mid deff AR in a day (to the paper stage :P)
