I can do the halo 1 longsword: quickly if you don't want texture files, but it may take a while if you do, as I think I need to do a lot of work to fix the textures. As for halo 2/3-era versions, no can do.

i went to games day uk on sunday, and there were some good costumes there. i saw a kid in space wolf termie armour (pretty accurate, complete with wolf pelt lol) and an ultramarine librarian. if i can i'll post pics asap

Man, that tau helm looks good! I agree that a tau costume would be good. as for the hooves, well, standing on the balls of your feet might just work ... i would like to get some termie armour too. maybe someone could pm me the parts? hint, hint?
