While looking up some more info on this foam I found this site, sections 3,5, and 7 have info relating to general cutting, construction and finishing. Section 7's finishing info will let you get a smoother, more 'hard shell' look to the foam while filling in any little seam issues. :)

Just use the resin on the visor area, no need to waste the 'glass on something that's going to be cut out and tossed. btw, the resin will make it easy to cut :)
Nope, no Mac version :( so the only way to see the files directly on a Mac is with a pdf version of the pep file. If you have an older mac (G4, G5) you can use Virtual PC to run the pep program, if you have a new one (macbook, macbook pro) you can use Bootcamp, Fusion or Parallels to run PC files.
