here we have the wood we need to make the blade. so now measure the wood and mark out 15 inch peice and cut it. it must be wide enough that it doesnt move about to freely in the tube but not so much that it wont slide. next we have the plastic that you put electrical wires in to keep them...

im going to start posting the tutorial in 15 minutes so in advance i want to say sorry for the state my work area is in in the pics.

i will try to finnish the tutorial tonight, glad you all like it. i made my own armoury with m4a2+m203 and a sniper rifle i also made a few other guns and swords but they wer for fun.

making it spring action could be posible, i will start on a seperate hidden blade with a spring, thanks for the idea mate,

hi guys this is not only my first attempt but my first post since joining your wonderfull forum. i made the blade from a sheet of mdf and the body out of that stuff you put cables in to keep them tidy,well i best let you see some pics of it so far. let me know what you think
