I was able to switch back and forth seamlessly between the 360 and the one in beta, I don't know why this wouldn't carry over to the final game.

I'm about as northern Washington as you can go up in Bellingham. Also I wouldn't say pacific is mainly southern wasington, there's just a bit of a concentration around Portland and southern cali if I'm not mistaken.
