Hey Sure thing man. Hope it all works out for ya. I did my first pepakura (ironically a helmet) and didn't know all that much about scaling, so I did it as is, and luckily it was about perfect! ^_^

What is your PERSONAL Pepakura Procedure?

@laxmaster I totally started my first pepakura in two sides from the ears, and I didn't really read up all that much on scaling, so I did nothing to it. Luckily, it ended up being being perfect. Hurrah for surprise perfection! @paradoxdj I started with a pile! I may end up going back there if I...

Could somone scale somthing for me?

Hey Kraid, Welcome to the 405th! Here's your scaled helmet: http://www.4shared.com/file/qV6F4ccO/Reach_Noble-Six_Helmet_by_Rund.html One thing you can do is download pepakura designer, scale it, and print it. The only thing is you won't be able to save anything without the password you...

What is your PERSONAL Pepakura Procedure?

Hello All! I was wondering if you all had any tips or tricks for pepakura! I have my method, but everyone has little shortcuts they never put in tuts. Here is my process: 1. Download Pepakura File 2. Rescale as necessary 3. Mess with Print Setting for letter printing, vector printing...

    S42 - Noble 6 Armor

Not gonna lie, I have zlich experience when it comes to visors... But if you don't mind me asking, how did you "Manage to make it smaller?" When I looked at the finished pep model I did, I saw much permanence in it. That thing is not coming apart (I haven't seemed to come up with an irl undo...

First thread, First armor, First Pep.... Dang I'm a noob!

Hey! I don't know if anyone who is watching this thread would be interested, but I didn't think it merited and ENTIRE second thread, but I scaled Flying Squirl's Mark VI Chestpiece for a person who is 6'2" and a 37 cm "pit-to-pit"measurement. Anyone who wants it, feel free to PM me and I'll have...

    energy sword - help

My personal recommendation would be to make a slot on each side of the handle that the blades would fit into. After that you would need something major like some extra glassing. Someone else might have more experience!

    Making 3d models for Pepakura!!!

I hate to say it, but you're going to need a lot more than just a picture of it. People who WILL do this kind of thing need a good slew of reference pictures from all angles and even then it takes some convincing. First off, what do you HAVE besides one picture? The fact is someone may already...

    S42 - Noble 6 Armor

I have a 23" circumference head, and mine seemed fine. I could have had it be a 1/2" smaller on each side and have it still be fine once padding is in. I agree I could have scaled it a little better 0.o But I think it will work out fine in the end :)

    S42 - Noble 6 Armor

I did the same pep a few days ago! I think the major thing is just making sure you have all of your lines and tabs meeting at the same part top part completely even with line as opposed to just covering up the line) and ensuring the numbers and corners line up PERFECTLY. That's what killed me a...

    Elite Armor

A buddy of mine seems to know of a way to work with molten acrylic that you basically start with some purple, blue, and aqua streaks, make those give a general outline of the sword, then fill with acrylic (or for sake of us and our ways, mold it out of resin) and use that to form the final shape...
