the idea is to use a thin coat on the outside, so you can slush cast the inside without it falling apart, saves time when you get it right, and the smooth on lasts for aaaages, it does save money if you do enough stuff

anyone used successfully? iv seen advertised but not seen any evidence, isn't aqua resin water based? will it be strong enough without fibreglass? or am i better with smooth cast and slush casting?

well its 6am, been up all night pepping (ugh), wanted to go streight thru and finish the helmet but back ache has struck. Done the front section of the helmet to ad to my chest piece (mk vi) using robos files with the small chin samuray version (think its dubean33's) my dads just gone away...
