I'm building my son the ODST outfit for halloween and for the helmet I'm using clear plastic (.015 thick) with window tint on it that I bought at Tap Plastics. Its a simplified visor, but its quick, cheap and you can see through it.

Someone is working on the StormTrooper (DungBeetle?) and as for the Clone Trooper Files I have seen I dont know how accurate they are. The Elbow and knee pieces dont look accurate compared to reference pictures, so unknown how accurate the rest of pieces are.

WOW! that is a lot better than I thought considering the unit is a compact size. Does anybody know what kind of fuel it uses?

I can remember seeing the movie in the 80's when it first came out at the theatre. I don't think it took off like Disney wanted because the story was a little to out there for most people to accept. The idea of owning a home computer was still a novel and very geeky idea in the early 1980's...

I wonder what the range is on that thing? It is very possible that the longest time you can fly it was what was seen on the video (about 1 minute).

Very nice looking! It almost reminds me of the Senate Commando Helmet from TCN-Clone Wars Series. The helmet looks like it fits into a Star Wars costume and an ancient Greek Soldier outfit.

If you can't buy all the files at once then just buy one or two at a time. You may have to resize the file(s) to fit you body. Better to take it one step at a time. But definitely contact Skip, he is a good guy and his files for the RC are the best available out there.
