Ok I can try the magnets, I already have some, what glue do you recommend to set the magnets into the foam without them being ripped out.

I have recently built a Halo Reach Recon helmet from foam. Only problem is the thing does not go right on my head because of the way its designed. I kind of fixed it by removing a section from the back (in pictures). Only problem is I don't know how to get it back on and keep the proper shape...

I'm planning on going to PAXeast as well as a Spartan. Would love to see it when its finished and hopefully in person too. Everything looks great so far keep it up.

I'm planning on making a Halo 4 inspired Spartan suit and am stuck between a few different helmets. Im thinking of going with Halo 4 - Air Assault , Halo Reach - Recon , or Halo 4 - Recruit. If you have any other suggestions for the suit or the helmet I would love to hear them.
