Jesus Jason, thanks for being all over the forum and helping me with my questions. This guide is fantastic, and though its pretty focused on pepakura armor, I can definitely apply a few of the concepts to foam armor. Thanks man!

Now thats an idea! I'll probably go with glue for the areas that will have to stay the same, but for the rest velcro probably would be better, and I'm sure more convenient. Thanks!

I saw that, I've combed over his blog a number of times. However, I haven't got a lot of experience with resin outside of fiberglass resin, and I'm sure that fiberglass resin wouldn't look clear enough. Do you recommend a particular type or brand to get the job done?

Anyone have any suggestions for creating the N7 Insignia from the Mass Effect N7 Armor? I was going to overlay cut out construction paper on white cardstock, but I didn't know how to make it shiny and thick. Thanks again.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if the side release buckles would permit adjustment, but I guess the "adjust" in the name kinda gives that away. I'll plan on gluing it once the adjustment is done.
