They girl that was burned didn't use plaster nor Alginate. Neither of those two heat up when they dry. But yes you can use Ultra-cal to make a plaster mold out of this, without loosing detail (if you know how to do it...) Im rather curious how you are going to make a application out of this...

You got a new mold max called mold max brush, that had the specs of mold max but is brushable (whats in a name right..) Other than that, just try looking at the specs on the Smooth-on side. It provide all the correct data.

Well there isnt such a thing as easy cheap and good looking... A: A difficult Pepakura, means less time bondo'ing the thing and i looks good form the start B: A easy Pepakura , means more time bondo'ing the thing. The pepakura itself isnt that nice to look at so you be spending a lot more...
