    i have an updated post on the pepa forum, kinda deserted this noob forum:P anyways.. I'm currently painting... got a silver coat on it now and will do the green one in about 10minutes :) i shall keep this thread updated, just as my other. :)

    wall putty =P i think It's spackle.. Its polyester plamuur (plamuur is a dutch word for spackle i think)

    but 1 led will prolly need ~3v.. how can 1 battery run 4 leds + fan then? master chef: 4 12-16v leds running on 24v? how is that possible? =P 48v>24v or am i just thinking wrong

    i'm using this: the way you describe it fits this thing im using tho.... it seems very smooth and abit liquid in the photo but its actually quite though

    the stuff u put in holes at the walls, is it named spackle? lol I'm only using that =P I don't know what bondo is like, is it liquid or almost the same thing as spackle?

    Sweet! now yours is looking way better than mine =P what kind of bondo/glaze thing did you use? any tips on how to fill some pits? oh btw, i see you've bondo-ed your visor... you shouldnt do that, now it will be really hard to cut it out

    .... that won't work properly i think... you cant power that all by just one 9v battery.. i think you need more tbh

    Aargh, i can't get it smooth.. there's allways a little hole somewhere >< anyone who has some tips on how to get it smooth without pits showing up everywhere? =P

    what you see in the helmet pictures is this + the spray putty on top off it.. the spray putty cleans up small holes etc :) really nice stuff, makes it very easy to see the texture.. tomorrow i will do this: sand till its smooth like hell spray putty everything spray the silver primer/paint...

    yeah it uses the same hardener as the one for resin :) tada: Mats: Putty: It looks smooth and easy to use but omg its though

    lol i didn't sand yet... flying squirl, it is a really sticky kind of filler... really though putty do you mean mine?
