I use the Print lines smoothly (bitmap print) setting The only other thing I can suggest is to try changing the line transparency, mines at 25%? Hope that helps or that you figure it out soon!

I had a similar problem and I realized that I was trying to print from Pep Viewer and not Designer. Make sure you're using Pepakura Designer, otherwise the numbers show up dark and the lines hardly show up at all.

There's no warping on the helmet anywhere that I see. The table is not even 2 feet high, so I had to bend way down to take the pictures. That's why they're at an angle. The cold made it dry really slow, and then it started snowing, that didn't help much either. But I left it outside all day and...
