Can anyone help I'm trying to make (something what i think will be simple) the TMD from Singularity and I've followed what Nintendude said and look at Juice's arc reactor pep file and I've found it but I don't know the program used to open it.

I know that I am still a noob to this but just listen! Although the vast majority of people on here make things from halo armuor weapons etc. but I was wondering if I could get some help with Singularitys TMD since i have no experience i was seeing if i could get help with some of the basics...
