go with the Sp'Laser it will fit, it wouldnt look right, ODST with Covie weapon, the splaser doesnt look like a real gun, well, in real life. im making an MC suit for halloween (next year) and making a splaser, and hoping to god i will be able to bring it to school, on terms that it doesnt...

yeah, unfortunately, i underestimated the complications in getting the sizings right with pepakura so it may be a while before construction begins, but im making a helmet now, if it fits, then were good

yeah, same here, it also sells like its a 3/4 size on me tho, my chin sticks out , and yes, my ears catch as well

im gonna eyeball it off of the cardstock pep. and hand form it, just inprovise. and yes, i have about 10 sheets of mild steel, and all three kinds of welders at hand

way to be supportive frost like i said, im probably gonna use a light steel, shouldnt be too heave, and probably only the helmet, gauntlets, boots, and possibly shoulders, the really big stuff will be in fiberglass and yes, like i said, im gonna make the pep. one for refrence

after thinking about it, yeah, im still gonna do it in metal, but probably just the helmet, and maybe the shoes and the gloves, and other smallish things. i think for wieght and ease of construction, the rest would have to be fiberglass as for smothing it out, i plan on using some elbow grease...

it fit...? wow, you must be tiny, i did the same thing, and had to use a grinder to take off all the mounts on the underside of the tops, the tabs for the sides, and alot of material on the random stuff connected to the visor, and it still doesnt fit right, mom says it looks about 3/4 size for...
