Looking good. How do you plan to tackle all of the small details on the top and ears?

I got the file directly from Satchmo III's pepakura file database he has. http://www.405th.com/showthread.php/32448-Model-portfolio-(Satchmo-III) Next week I will hopefully be completing this piece. I have a lot going on currently.

The problem here is legality. Microsoft Is very strict on these issues relating to mass production and even sales of any props with creative rights belonging to them. Just be careful.

Looks good so far. I've never really tried the hot glue method.. Seems like a lot of pain and time for what a $0.90 pack of super glue can do in half. But I hope you guys do end up getting the suits together and ready in time! Good luck!

I'm actually the second, Satchmo has also made the file and I believe begun working on it. And the color is undecided. I kinda like the green and gray photoshopped scheme above but who knows at this point.

I've always liked the space marine design seeing as its really cool and not too complicated. With the chest, does it keep it's shape we'll when resining or did you add more supports? And also, what do you project the overall build height to come to?

Your concept on the rocket seems fine, I think it doesnt fly straight because of weight distribution and the rocket sitting crooked in the tube. If you could get pvc and make a rocket with interchangeable fuel sources that may help out
