oh, on the cardboard stuff, ive seen some amazing stuff with that. Cardstock CAN warp if you are not careful. My shoulders bicep part did warp a bit, but its hardely noticable from a small distance.

oh, and it was about a 7 in difficulty (being on the harder side). It just takes more time thats all, and the last peice is hard because you cant put your hands on the inside to make the last fold. Also, I didnt have to scale it, its pretty big as it is, but I think thats the real size of it...

well, I think it also could still work. If you just trimmed some stuff off before resining it, i would be just fine. You would have to make sure you have enough room for your cod. Check out my picks if you need a visual for how much space you might need. I have 2 blogs.

Ya, my friends thermal lense from his paintball gun fell out and it was the perfect size, so we put that in there.

well, Recently I had made my handplates and boots, but sadly the boots didnt fit afterwards. I made a huge set to make sure this time, and at the same time made a assault rifle. Enjoy the pics!
