    For spreading out the bondo you can use a putty tool. Kinda like a thin sheet of steel. Even a strong old credit card could do the trick!

    @Pipinacan No, i have no put in support struts yet. Thx for the advice though. @ventrue lol good idea... @Erikm thats a good idea. yeah i forgot about this idea, i had to do this to my thigh to extend it so it would fit around my big knee.

    Thx for the Suggestion! But what do you think about an electric grinder? It's one of those things people use to sharpen knife's, except its a heavy duty version used for axes and hatchets. Could i probably just grind off edges of the visor i need gone so it could fit without damaging my visor?
