I’m quite pleased with how this turned out. File purchased from 3DCraftsmen on Etsy. First time trying out vinyl wrap (the carbon fibre part). Made a nice change from halo and Star Wars stuff, tho I am itching to do one of the halo shottys (any one will do….just need another printer or 3 )

I think its directly ripped, and I think it might even be easier to model from scratch as the model doesnt look to have much detail anyway. Looks like I am gonna be loosing more hair. Might give tinkercad a try.....

Yes that is it. I can pull armour off the body but the body makes up the inside of the armour piece, so there is no inside. I can pm you screenshots if thats ok? Once I am home from yard tho in about an hour? I cannot get my head around blender, I dont know what everything means, there are so...

yes I tried that but its the whole of the inside of a thigh that is missing, outer wall is there, but it seems too much for 3d builder, though it worked on other pieces where just small holes were present.

I use superglue initially, then I create a groove along join with V shaped attachment on woodburner, then 'solder' the v shaped join with a 3d pen, and then use flat end on a wood burner to level off any excess PLA. Then I sand it as flat as possible, apply filler if needed, etc etc. For longer...
