The best place to search for different files is in the Creation discussion and then look within the pepakura section for different file bases.

another idea you could use is this spraypaint from these guys and get the ice color one and then when your outside and moving it shifts to a silver color.

The only other option would be to go to this website My link and to look at how he builds a vacuum table and how he gets plastic sheets and make the sheets and the vacuum table bigger to fit the half pieces of armor, and then go from there.

A guy named Kipkay for MAKE magazine makes night vision for cheap. you can just google "kipkay night vision" and you will get a few videos on it.you would probabally be able to fit it into the helmet well.
