I cant find out how to scale from A4 to Letter paper. I went to settings? Print, and there was nothing there of use.

First off, yes I have read all of the tutorials. My problem is I have the letest version of Pep and the "printer config" button is not there. I was just wondering how to scale to Letter from A4. Thanks!

Maybe try resining the outside. Then once its hard you can fill it with great stuff. That way it doesn't warp or anything.

That would be one way to do it, but then why not just have the polycarbonate. I was thinking maybe a mesh inbetween two glass layers to bo the same thing. but both ideas might work. I'll look at how to silver glass, and whether or not we can buy it already gold. EDIT: If we could find smooth...

I would use a saucer sled to get the basic shape of your plexiglass and then cut and add the handle and whatnot. Good luck!

While that is a concern, I don't really see it as being too much of a problem. Mostly because I'm not going to be wearing this while fighting on Reach ;) And I would but I have absolutely no clue how to go about doing that, and it sounds a bit pricey...
