    The underarmor is pretty kickass! I like how you also made every knob and hole right. How did you do these little screw-like cuts in the foam? I guess you took the cap of a pen or marker and pressed it against the foam, but I wouldn't really know.

    Impressive build. The final finished look of it is damn impressive. I suppose you decided to make the resin-then-molded helmet in order to keep the details high. I'd use it too for my future ODST project, but I'm not sure I'll be able to get a proper rubber for the molds and more importantly...

    This is a great build. I'm actually looking into foam armor making because it seems so cheap and safe compared to Resin and Bondo.
