Fiberglass is lighter but if your not used to working with it you can create air pockets all over your helmet. I have dont both a fiberglass and rondo helmet, I would go with the rondo.

Thank! That what I have been doing just wanted to see if there was anything I could do to make the seams look better. Do u use any fillers for the areas thats dont match up the way u want?
I had the same prob, for the lines it your printer settings. I forget what it was but go to the printer setting and try changing it to high quality. The,the numbers, on the 2D menu make sure the "show edge ID" is checked. Hope that helps
