I leave my parts out in the garage to air out. It takes a while but the parts that I have resined do not smell.

When you did the x-clamp did you replace the thermal paste. And if so did you allow your system to overheat to set the paste?

To flip the parts in pepakura go to the 2D PatternWindow tab and select the flip pattern button.

If you need any other file unfolded then just let me know.

Your Welcome. I think I know why the obj file might not have opened for you. Right after I finished the unfold I downloaded the newer version 3.0.6 pep designer and now I can't open it either. I unfolded it using version 3.0.3.

I uses the ref pics earlier in the thread. It looked like the pack went from the middle of his neck to his lower back. I am almost 6 ft tall and that distance on me was about 18 inches.

It doesn't crash for me and I am almost done with the unfold. Only a few more minutes.

They look good. The first hand plate I made was the size of my whole hand.

Ok. I have thought about trying that. I have several models of different characters that I want to make pep armor files out of.

I started with 3DS format. Pep supports that format so I just open it and unfold it in that.
