So I've decided to start building my suit from the skin out, and that means recreating master chief's undies.......or something like that. Anyway... I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on materials to use. What's worked best for you?

So what do you guys think would be a good starter project? It'll be a while till I'm good enough for the full-on Master Chief suit. What did you start with, ie - weapons, grenades, parts of the suit?

Making it from scratch is definitely out of the question. Baby steps first. lol The university computers don't allow downloads that aren't approved, but I might be able to con a friend into letting me borrow their PC for the job. Thanks for the tip.
