First Shot at Pepakura (Finished Kunai Dagger) (Pic Heavy)

I put casting resin inside of the dagger to reinforce it. Poured inside, swirled it around, and put three coats of casting resin inside. Its pretty strong. Also good song that inspired me to make the dagger: Hoodie Ninja - Mc Chris From the new honda civic commercial.

First Shot at Pepakura (Finished Kunai Dagger) (Pic Heavy)

This is my FIRST attempt at pepakura and modeling. I eventually want to make a full suit of armor, but thought I would start small first. This is my Kunai Dagger (Ninja Dagger) that I created. Any advice or feedback would be great! Thanks to everyone who helped me in answering my questions...

    Casting Resin Problems

It seems that I mixed it correctly, because what was left over in the cup cured perfectly. Has anyone used this method before with casting resin? It just seems to seep right through the paper.

    Casting Resin Problems

I'm using Alumilite casting resin. I used plastic cups, marked off equal amounts on the cups, filled them to the line, then mixed together. I saw I posted the image wrong, copied and pasted the wrong url.

    Casting Resin Problems

Hi, I'm new to this forum and just getting into halo armor making. I decided to try and start small and work my way, so my first idea was to try and make a dagger. I've made the dagger out of 110 lb paper using pepakura. I'm now at the casting resin phase. I mixed equal parts of the casting...
