Great work! But...I also have a question. So when you fill the mold halfway, it expands, and then you drill it out to make it hollow? Is that how it works? I noticed you said to slush cast it, but how to do do that "halfway" in an irregular mold? Thanks! Ixius

I sprayed the mold with ease release 200 after sealing it with paint, then cast it in Smooth Cast 300. Removed the mold with a good ol' mallet and chisel. Things like the gloves and neck which had to be flexible were, believe it or not, made from foamies! Wish I had knew about them earlier, they...

Sadly, the mold broke about 5 times and was made from plaster. Most of my time was spend salvaging the mold and repairing it with plaster, as it became a waste mold. I don't have pics... :( Hence why the piece looks like it's been banged up a bit. However, the ab sculpt can be viewed above...
