    Star wars pepakura

I would suppose so, but even still, the point remains that the details on a trooper helmet are very, very small, and would take a long time to assemble correctly and neatly.

    How..

Marine : He's gone bananas!!!! On Crow's Nest in the barracks, when I killed a marine.

    Pepakura Advice

For future reference, how do you keep the lumps and strings of hot glue and such off the outside of a piece? I always see weapons and armor assembled without any hot glue at all showing on the outside.

    Crossfires Pep Helm

Where'd you find the spot putty? I'm interested in using it on my helm, seeing as you did a great job with it on yours, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

That looks really good. Is it only hot glue and (assumption) bondo, or is there resin too?

    Visor Cam?

Put one facing backwards with a little screen too so you don't get, "assassinated". That'd be pretty sweet.

    Gene Simmons Pep Request

Maybe in Guitar Hero 3? I don't know, but it's worth a shot. Good luck with your armor.

    MythBusters Halo

The only problem with having armor like the Chief's is its weight. It weighs almost 1000 pounds, and the only reason MC could use it was because of his body enhancements. No average human could carry around something so heavy yet strong.

So where do we go on from here.

They need a game where we get to be freakin' Sergeant Johnson and ride around in a pelican and tear the Covenant to pieces. I'd buy that.

    Average Scaling Height

So I'm working on a full suit of pepakura armor, that will be fiberglassed, resined, and wearable. After I finish, I was going to make a full suit and silicon mold all the pieces to be able to make pieces to sell. I need to know what the average human size is, to make an accurate suit scale. I'd...

    TUTORIAL: Finally a fiberglass replacment

I think he meant using resin on the outside and hot glue on the inside, not putting them both on the inside.

Hey Robogenesis, once I finish all the pieces, do you want me to post a pic of me wearing them as an example of what they turn out like? Just need to do calves, forearms, chest, handplates, and boots.

    Zombies

Anybody ever read, "The Complete Zombie Survival Guide"? It's pretty good. I'd use a machete and a 22. caliber rifle. Most people will say that it's too weak, but it can actually penetrate the first layer of your skull, but not exit it, and bounce around inside of a zombie's head, destroying...

Finished the biceps and are working on the thighs. They look great, and I think I'm actually gonna use Bullseye Shellac to seal them, and then papier mache them. Then I might hot glue the inside using AoBFrost's technique. Thanks for posting these.

How do you recommend we scale it? By the measurements at the bottom of the screen or by the scaling formula?
