    Haha! Glad I can be of assistance! Molding and Casting hand props has been my area of knowledge when it comes to this hobby! I'm not sure how well the Poly-15 would work for a helmet since it's meant to be used as a back filling material, but the short working time would certainly be optimal...

    Those trigger areas are always a pain because of the tight space you have to work in. I used a bondo pour method on a Halo 4 M6H trigger and in hindsight I should have used styrene. Good luck with your small business! Can't wait to see some more progress pics!
