ok great, thank you, but how do you recalculate page layout so all shapes fit on one page and not on 2 to pages at once?

I downloaded the "all in one" pep files and I am trying to resize it for printing but in my pep it will not let me change sizes. Under settings print and paper it will not allow me to change size. how do i do it?
