well, i'm just working on that, but i think you should try to use pet-g sheet (the size is 3'11 height and 7'10 width and costs about $40 dlls, 1mm thick) it's a high impact sheet and it's much cheaper than polycarbonate and easier to handle, i recommend you the polycarbonate only for the visor...
