Well to start of course this was my first time doing this process so I just wanted to provide my experience, as well as some tips to not make the same mistakes i did :) I followed the instructions on the can for the mixing so it was okay, although I did add more drops of hardener as I felt...

Does it look big compared to your helmet, if you have one? and I would say you could cut off some of the space under your arm, where your hips are, and also in the top of the chest where lets say the buckle-looking part is...it would be good to see a picture to see what else you can do...but...

awesome advice, I found that pre placing the fiberglass cloth was an EXCELLENT idea :)

looks like its coming along nicely so far man keep it up :)

I bonded it with "Loctite" brand super glue, but be sure to get the Green bottle saying "control extra time" it has worked best for me so far because I like to line it up just perfect before I bond for best results:)
