OK played with the pep a bit... I changed it over to where i used door hinges to hold the front plate on by putting a small gap in one section on each. As for an icebox, I got my coolant system running elsewhere lol. I appreciate the peps. thanks.

IF you want to disconnect easy, do a coaxial hook up to the wires, and you should use a higher gauge wire for it too. A 12 volt wont power it so try doing 6 D-Cells or something bigger. I'm doing something similar but adding in a cooling and heating system. Fans, coolent, copper heating...

Cool. I just started doing some of this stuff and I think I'm digging your stuff the best. So far I only have half of it done, but it seems to work well. Can you mod the sides to take fans into the back? I'm trying to make a cooled suit lol.
