    Can't smooth edges (Pictures Attached)

Nice video! I can totally relate to that! Do you think I should invest in a mouse sander?

Great to know that. I'll use 300g as a avarage number for my next project. Thanks!

    Can't smooth edges (Pictures Attached)

Thanks for the answer, guys. vshore100, I really appreciate the detailed walk through. I'm using a dremel now, and I'll do as you recommended. As for the bondo, I suspected I was over-using it. I used almost 2 ponds of Bondo for the helmet so far, and didn't get the result I was looking for.

    Can't smooth edges (Pictures Attached)

Hi, guys! I'm working on an iron man helmet for a while now, but I can't seem to move forward with one issue. Even after applying 3 layers of bondo, I still find hard edes as I'm sanding. No matter what, I can't make a round smooth curve in some areas ( as the cheek, for instance). Any...

Should this pep be printed? (or Should I clean the mesh even further?)

Nintendude, thanks for the brief, but great walkthrough. I'm looking forward to see your unfolding tutorial. CrystalImage, I appreciate you sharing this peps, I've seen some others complete Mark III and IV peps around, but I really want to make one from the 3d model I created. And since its...

Should this pep be printed? (or Should I clean the mesh even further?)

Hi guys! After a long time without even touching it(thanks to many college assigments), I could finally finish the pep project... Or at least assemble it. Now, I'll have to look for tons of tutorials on resin and fiberglassing XD (I know its not perfect, but as it was my first time, and wanted...

Should this pep be printed? (or Should I clean the mesh even further?)

Thanks for the support guys! Misfitjh and Arioch, I've done what you suggested, and right you were! I've cut down from 23 pages to 18! Saving some money here! :D Ral Partha, I'll PM you the link. Well, I guess the pep is as clean as it could get (at least with my current knowledge). I'm...

Should this pep be printed? (or Should I clean the mesh even further?)

Ral Partha, all I have now on my DA page is the smoothed model from my previous attempt. As soon as I update it with the low poly, I'll PM you ( thank you very much for keeping interest into my project!) Kissker, your explanation was superb! I have unfolded once more(this time cleaning even...

Should this pep be printed? (or Should I clean the mesh even further?)

Hi, guys! So... I was trying to get a clean unfold. I thought my problems were over when I found this GREAT video tutorial, from a 405th member. However, when I tried to do it on my own model, it turned out to have 324 parts! I'm afraid to be facing a dead end here... I might have to...

Should this pep be printed? (or Should I clean the mesh even further?)

Thank you for being so helpful guys. I'm 6'1'' (as suggested I've scalled the model to 300mm. It will fit in about 50 pages) I'm more relaxed now that you've mentioned that the "unfold" doesn't do all the work. It takes off a bit of the pressure of having to recreate the 3d model. Thanks...

Should this pep be printed? (or Should I clean the mesh even further?)

Hi, guys! I'm new to this forum, so I’d like to introduce myself. My name’s Leandro, I’m 21yo and I live in Brazil. I ended up here about a few months ago, while searching references for iron man suit (that I was modeling back then). That was the first time I heard of Pepakura. After reading...
