what do you mean that the eyes are short? i know the left eye is a bit smaller than the right eye but I don't know what you mean by short.

Smooth-cast 320 liquid plastic

Yeah it was my mark 3 helmet and I just repainted it too look silver and red. And I still have to get some led lights for the eyes

I'm not finished with making it all wearable yet. ill add pictures of me in it later. I just ran out of hot glue for the straps and stuff lol

thanks, But I think I'm going to redo the entire thing. I'm going to try benstreeper's foam method and then use smoothcast plastic to harden. I'm sick of fiberglass (resin,bodyfiller) because it cracks and chips apart way too easy.

yeah is easy build. My problem is I rush things too much so the surfaces of each part are a bit sloppy. I should have spent more time sanding and getting rid of small dents.
