If by 'glass it' you mean using fibreglass, DEFINITELY NOT ON FOAM! The foam melts and produces a huge gooey mess. MDF can be quite heavy, especially with something like an energy sword; as the handle is at one end, you have the whole weight of like a metre of MDF on each side of the handle...

Just had a look at CNN and I can definitely see where they got the headline 'Flooding 'none of us alive have seen'' Living in England, we very rarely get floods and, when we do, they are nowhere near as bad as this; it makes our 'flood' look like a puddle :( I hope it clears up soon; at least...

For mine, I looked at a pic of Jorge and worked out you'd probably have to set the height from just above your ear to about your mid-stomach belly button region ;) EDIT: I'm about 6 foot and mine was scaled to 592mm in height if that's any help (Scale 0.894680)

Here's one that's on my big list of file bases: Elite Pep Files (Vyronix) That's got the head and a selection of helmets, and somewhere in that thread there is a nice piece of chest armour ;) There are a few more files hiding in the forums somewhere... I can't find them at the moment...
