i say you try to build a suit. you can probably do the project with the kids to get them interested. as for the toxic chemicals, there are some non-toxic products out there that do the same. good luck!

hey that looks good! what size did you scale yours to, cuz i just built one of those too. i made mine to 300mm. i didnt fiberglass/resin/bondo mine yet, its just collecting dust now. anywho awesome job cant wait to see it done

thats awesome! im really interested in how you know what shapes to cut out and how they piece together so nicely. im pretty good with pepakura but cutting and glueing just sucks, did i mention the cutting sucks too. and awesome job on the kat suit!!!!

does the place you play paintball have regulations on what you must wear? im pretty sure any place here in california would not allow any homemade or non approved mask to be worn on the field. if i owned or operated a paintball field i probably wouldnt allow it either, for saftey and liability...

Nice work on the ODST! i love all these foam builds that everyone is doing. if i decide to build armour this is the way to go, looks a lot easier than cutting and glueing pep.
