If you check my gallery i have a shoulder piece made. I was from scratch and made out of cardboard. If i remember correctly the dimensions are : 10L x 6W x 3H all dimensions are in inches. Or you can alwasy scale it off of something in the picture. hope it helps

I have an idea that may work for the look that you want. Buy thin upholstery foam, i would say 1/8" and make sure it's a bit rigid. Do not cut it into shapes, rather just attach it to your base suit (spandex) completely covering it. Next put another suit, slightly textured over the spandex...

I know this is kinda off topioc but i was wondering how you bent your cardboard into a cylinder like on the hunter's legs that you made. I tried dampening them but that didnt work out too well.
