i taped inside and out but luckily i didnt get to far ahead so im just going to hot glue the inside of the torso and the chest pieces then redo the gaunlets with elmers glue. im in the middle of one of the bicep/shoulders so im going to finish it then move ahead

what if, instead of redoing everything and killing trees (:p), i just go ahead and do the hot glue trick to the inside of all the pieces then go ahead and fiberglass the outside. sounds like that could work right? save me lots of time and paper haha

How about, what kind of materials i can use to put on the inside of the helmet? thats really all the info I need, I couldn't find much of anything to do with that. I already know about the fiberglass resin but Im wondering for comfort and a snug fit on my head.

Alright, So I'm wondering how the helmet works out, I'm about 90% done with my pep helmet, but when i put it on my head well, it doesn't sit right, I've done the scaling and its my size, but i guess what I'm trying to ask is if there is any i will be needing to put on the inside of the helmet...

I'll have to order up a visor for my helmet, to cut out the hud on my vinyl plotter and give it a try. might be awhile for me though, so if anyone else can try I'm sure everyone else would like to see haha.

@Boris: Both of those huds are great, but the second should probably loose the curve at the top of the hud, as that curve is created by the visor. @Helios: Great job on both of those huds. Very Accurate, did you make these from scratch?

Well if you wanted to just do decal to stick on the inside of your visor, I could probably help with that. I have a Vinyl plotter at the house here, I could probably whip up a file to cut & make as accurate as I can. I Also like the idea of an LCD display, but other than it being a light up...
