what was your ma5 built with?

so, I made this armor out of boredom, and I wear it mostly all day on my weekends helping out the transit police at my local city bus station, it is really fun, but I never have my weapon, just my handcuffs, this is my 2nd armor vest I made.

I never can find out how to make this part?
