I just made the Halo 5 Spartan Laser barrel.

Kinda tired of messing around, I'm seriously thinking of getting Raise3d Pro 2 Plus. Any thoughts? It will pretty much print everything except a torso as one piece.

Has anyone fully 3d printed their entire halo costume? Were you able to keep it lightweight? Does anyone have any experience with printing nylon or carbon fiber? I want to try 3d this lifesize, but I need to keep it's weight Probably foam, it's shapes are to simple to warrant using my 3d printer.

So, I was trying to think of the coolest, silliest cosplay to do, and I thought of Bud Light Knight. I'll probably start on the project tomorrow, but I though I would see what everyone thought.

I can't but wonder what some of the videos would look like with added CG. A couple muzzle flashes here, a couple rocket launches there, ground explosion, maybe a warthog, and throw in a phantom or two for good measure. Footage would make for a great live action trailer and boy do I like live...

I've been trying to redesighn the helmet but I can't figure out how to model the inside and find the pivot. :(

So has anyone made a mold for rotocasting? I'm very nervous about trying it. Has anyone 3d printed a mold and casted directly from a 3d print?
