Very nice work! The work on the boots is very smart and I always like the idea of making your own shoe instead of hot-gluing pieces to some old nike shoes lol. Keep it up and can't wait to see more.:)

Thanks Gray :D Here is an update!! I have the second leg completed and I now plan to attach the waist pieces to my belt. Also I need to do the top half of the suit and get the arms with foam inside and clip the chest pieces together. Wish me luck!

Thanks :D:D Well if your rondo is very nicely cured, then i see no problem. In my case the rondo actually separates ino small layers and the hot glue bond is stronger than the bondo bond so it just peels off... =/ So all i do is run a strap all the way down the piece and drench it in hot...

Why did I just now find this build. You have skill! The foam chest is great as is but the paint just makes it even better! All of your helmets look mighty exquisite as well. Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see this build completed!!!:D
