Really liking the armor there man. keep up all the great work and I am not sure if this was a problem...but it looked like your helmet was a tad big...you can buy some foam or think fabric from walmart or another store like it on the cheap. good luck man.

Is the cancer that is caused from the fiberglass and bondo lung cancer? Should I shower when I sans bondo and get it on my legs and such... Or is this sanded dust fine? And how do I know if my respirator is working? It is rated r 95 for OVs. Thanks all! -Mayawizard

Are you just fiber-glassing the inside then using bondo filler for the outside. IT LOOKS AMAZING THOUGH MAN. i hope mine turns out as good as yours did.

Hey there all. Another N00b question. or two. I just got both the fiberglass resin and the lightweight body filler both bondo. My question is, how is it that the chemicals can cause cancer or even death when being used, but once they are all dry it is perfectly fine to wear them on your head...

Hey there all. i am new to this whole thing and had a few questions. I was curious, and this is the main concern of mine, After i have fiber-glassed the inside of the helmet and let it dry and all of that jazz...is it safe to wear. I mean...the resin is deadly toxic when it is wet and i was just...
