I plan to hydro dip a camo pattern on a full suit of armor, wish me luck lol

I'll be there Thursday and Friday in my halo 3 spartan armor if I get it finished. If anyone else is going those days would love to meet some people from the community

I'm currently working on my first foam build its the master chief halo 3 helmet, not is there a need to trim the edges to make the pieces fit diagonal with each other? like one piece with a 45 degree cut and another piece with the same? is that a common thing to have with foam? thanks for any help
