Alright, I'm back. Had to put away my build for a few months, but now I'm back on track. I have the helmet all glassed, bondo-ed in certain areas, sanded, spot putty, all ready to add some foam details. I'll get pics of those when I start. For now, a couple pics: Questions and comments...

I'm also having a problem I've never had happen with the seven years I've worked with pep files. When I download a file, I go to open it and nothing displays....nothing on the 3D or 2D side. It opens my pepakura program, but It's just a blank slate of a pepakura file. Any of you know what that's...

Alright, so I have the chest piece split, and fiberglassed, and started a bit of bondoing. The thrusters are sanded down and ready for spot putty. And the ab and cod pieces have details drawn on that I plan on making with my dremel. Enjoy!

Not a very exciting update here, but a little more progress has been made: So I have the two shoulder/bicep pieces, and the full chest piece started with the initial single layer of resin on the outside. Also added some custom braces for the chest and bicep to prevent warpage. Next comes...
