I had to keep my pep viewer open while I was doing my back plate..... and still had to redo a section that was an valley...back to El Salvador for 8 weeks so will work on some of the smaller parts, I didnt scale to size as it was a test for a foam/paper combo. Try spot glazing or glazing putty next time, it usually comes in a handy little tube, no mixing. You can sand it like bondo, if memory serves its easier to sand than bondo but may have a longer curing time. Hope this helps, Nemesis
More Pics of the test with craft foam/pep armor....looks like this might work pretty well, also tested the foam with 10 minute epoxy and it did not degrade or damage the foam at all but also didnt seem to stick very well either. Hot glue working great, you can undo mistakes easily. Finished...
