Update time. The bondo and the resin are from the same company. I start ro fill the kukri with the rondo. 3 pieces to fill, i think i have enough rondo. FAIL i forgot the 2-3 resin layer -.- so the rondo leak out ^^

Take a look at my Thread, today i will finish my Kukri pep (knife) and i will use the RONDO. Iatz also my first time unsing rondo so i don't know how it works but i will definitely upload some PICs

Hey I will follow this thread to see how it looks like in later stages. Gread work A little TIP i saw on one of the Pics you reline the fold lines with a pensil. As i where pepping my helmet i sliced them with a little knife, so you can get better fold lines. *I hope the sentens is correct :)*

Yes I am using the Wall bondo, iatz the smoothes bondo I get but the problem is that the bondo is so smooth, that its very hard so sand. I'm sanding abut a hour only for the middle area of the backsite (the 3 Areas of the backsite) But these little holes are still coming -.- But as you say...

Thanks, Jea the Bondo is very smooth BUT when i bondo and sand the areas, the next day there are little holes in the bondo. So I have to rebondo and resand, I don't know why! Have you got an idea? The ears are out of wood with bondo on the top. If you watch exactly you can soo the wood :P...
